Linen Change
If you require extra linen changes, please notify reception. (Linen is replaced free of charge after the 3rd night.)

Our current rates are available from the reception staff or on our website (www.koronaharkany.hu).

Bar
The bar (in the restaurant area) is open daily from 07:30 to 09:30 and 18:00 to 20:00 for our guests.

Safety / Security
Please lock your room door when leaving or when sleeping. Night reception is in operation from 20:00 to 08:00.

Shoe Cleaning

Check-in / Check-out
Please vacate your room by 10:00 on departure day. Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms and in all indoor common areas. There are designated smoking areas in front of the main entrance, by the door to the parking lot, and on open terraces of rooms.

Lost & Found
Any found items are kept in the luggage storage and can be sent to a provided address at the guest’s expense.

Umbrella
Please request one at reception if needed.

Restaurant
The restaurant and its drink bar are open 07:30 – 09:30 and 18:00 – 20:00. The restaurant is on the ground floor.

Payment Methods
Upon departure, payment may be made by cash or by credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro). We also accept OTP SZÉP Cards and vouchers (which should be presented at check‑in).

Bath / Spa / Treatments
For opening hours and information about the Harkány Spa & Thermal Bath, refer to the bath’s own brochure.

Bath Towels
These are provided in rooms. If you require extra towels, please request them at reception.

Bathrobe / Spa Slippers
These are placed in the rooms. Should you need replacements, please contact reception.

Baby Cot
If needed, please request it at reception.

Internet / WiFi
Wireless internet is available free of charge in both common rooms and in guest rooms.

“Do Not Disturb”
If you prefer not to be disturbed, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign.

Climate / HVAC
The hotel operates with a modern heating system under central control. For temperature adjustments, please contact reception.
Rooms with individual air conditioning should be requested in advance.
Air conditioning usage fee: 1,500 HUF / night

Minibar
Our staff will stock the mini‑bar upon request with items chosen by guests.

Parking
Free parking is available on the gravel area behind the hotel. The parking lot is separated and secured by a barrier.

Pillow / Blanket
If you need additional pillows or blankets, please ask at reception.

Luggage
Your luggage may be stored in the luggage room at reception.

Safe / In‑room Safe
You may request a room that includes your own safe. The in‑room safe is located in the entrance area closet. The hotel is not responsible for valuables kept outside the safe.

Room Handover
Please hand over your room by 10:00 on departure day. If you would like a late check‑out, please contact reception.

Room Key
Rooms are accessed via magnetic key cards. Multiple cards may be issued per room.

Room Reservations
Future stays may be booked at reception, via our website (www.koronaharkany.hu), or by phone (06/72/480‑049).

Taxi
A taxi can be arranged by the reception.

Fire
In case of fire, call reception immediately and follow the escape route posted on your room door. Please read the fire safety instructions provided.

A list of available TV channels can be found at the end of this booklet.

Sewing Kit
A sewing kit is available on request at reception.

Ironing
Ironing service is available upon request at reception.

Hangers
Wardrobes in rooms are equipped with hangers for guest use.

Dining / Catering
On the ground floor of the hotel, you will find our restaurant with an attached bar.

If your stay is prepaid via voucher or gift certificate, please present it at reception upon arrival. Any additional charges not covered by the voucher can be settled upon departure.

Restaurant

Our restaurant offers a cozy, intimate atmosphere and a large terrace.
We serve both Hungarian and international dishes for breakfast and dinner.
Weather permitting, dinner may be served on our covered terrace.
We accommodate up to 90 guests in the indoor dining area, and 50 guests on the terrace.

We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Breakfast is buffet style, and dinner is à la carte from a varied menu.
High chairs are available for families with children.

Designed for families or larger groups, consisting of two separate rooms with independent doors.

Located on upper and middle floors, with wraparound balconies.
Views toward the park or spa.
One extra bed may be added.

Accessible / Mobility‑Friendly Room

Located on the ground floor, with balcony and easily accessible shower.
Amenities: TV, in‑room safe, hairdryer, towels, small refrigerator.

In‑Room Textile Setup

Upon arrival, each guest room is furnished with:

1 large bath towel per person
1 hand towel per person
1 bath mat per room

Housekeeping will replace towels placed on the floor each day. If you do not wish for towel replacement, please leave them off the floor.
Bed linen and bathrobes are changed free of charge after the third night.
